PRACTITIONER PROFILES
Sherwin K. Parikh, M.D. is the newest member of the group.
Dr. Parikh, a board certified dermatologist, joined Gramercy Park
Physicians in 1998. He provides part time clinical and cosmetic
dermatology services to the practice.
Dr. Parikh received a Bachelor of Arts From Harvard University
and his medical degree from Columbia University. His medical internship
and dermatological residency were both completed at Columbia Presbyterian
Hospital Medical Center.
Dr. Parikh was awarded the Harvard College Scholar award, and
received other commendations in both college and medical school
including the Michael H. Aranow Memorial Prize and an International
World Congress of Dermatology Fellowship Scholarship.
Publications by Dr. Parikh can be found in the Journal of the
American Academy of Dermatology. In addition, he has been active
in various research projects. Dr. Parikh is a member of the American
Medical Association and the American Academy of Dermatology.
